Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
High-value pieces may require full-value insurance and a signature on delivery.
You'll receive tracking once your order ships, when available.

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Please contact us with your order number to start a return. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Fur garments and select high-value pieces may be Final Sale. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect, damaged or defective.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after processing.
